Computer Transcript Processing System (CTPS) is a certified electronic data that carries and manages the complete data of an establishment. Intranets offer many advantage in the form of working networks that supports and enables empowers employees to participate in the development of the organization, to enable the measurement of essential function and to monitor industries conditions and fine suitable functions that support doing work.
Therefore, in academic institution like Uyo City polytechnic, uyo, there is an intense need for transcript automation due to increased number of existing employees and students which the present paper presentation and documentation can be longer support, and co-operation between the administrational staff and department. This is probably because most of the department resources like student course registration, result management, staff management and student management have to be managed partly by one or the other group.
It thus behaves on tips to manage the transcript report containing relation information about the school, certificates, students and total number of authentic grade report (AGRS) issued. a hierarchy of trust and a public/private key system will ensure that a set of AGRS received by a student or graduate certificate school is complete, accurate and confidential.
1.1Â Â Â STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The reason for processing a transcript via software is to improve the rate of data transfer to another system for storage and retrieval versus manual data entry by a data entry specialist.
