DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPUTERIZED FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (A CASE STUDY OF ENUGU STATE HOUSING COOPERATION)
ABSTRACT
Over the year, the Enugu State Housing Development Cooperation (ESHDC) depends on manual approaches to housing management in management in Enugu City, which this research found through the interview and pamphlets. This project therefore studied the intricacies of handling the sales of houses by manual approach. It specifically identities the loopholes inhere on prevailing methods and take care of them through a well reassignedD computer soft ware system. It will cost the cooperation some desktop computers and a taken to get it networked. Therefore, with the present of well designed computer soft ware, the nagging problem of providing Enugu State and the world at large with rightful information or management respects to housing is trashed off, hence, Enugu State housing cooperation will be in a really working condition.
