ABSTRACT

This project Design & implementation of a computerized political party administration system is the problem statement of this project and this problem is going to allow parties, individual to register their candidate on the website where it will be store on the database and also it all them to know how to control the members when they are needed.

                   ORGANIZATION OF WORK

This work is organized in seven chapters, chapter one on the introduction, the background of the work, statement of the problem, purpose of the study, scope , limitations, assumptions and definition of terms.

The review of related literature was discussed in chapter two, chapter three comprises of the description of the existing system and analysis, fact finding and method used organizational structure, information flow diagram, and problem of the existing system, input process and output analysis and justification of the new system.

The design of the new system, output/ input specification and design, file design, procedure chart, system flow chart and system requirement were discussed in chapter four.

Chapter five discussed about the how the new design will be implemented, the program design. Program flow chart, pseudo code, source program and the test of the new system.

Chapter six discussed about the documentation of the new system .

Chapter seven deals with the recommendation and conclusion of the new system and references.
