ABSTRACT
This project is all about Design and Implementation of an online administration system for a multi branch organization which is focus on the administrative aspect of the company and also it gives each member access to his/her own corporate environment which will not affect the environment of the other staff in the company. In this kind of system all the staff of the company have access to certain operation that are meant to meet up with the company and almost all the staff on their own are administrator.
ORGANISATION OF WORK
This work is all organized in seven chapters, Chapter one deals on the introduction, the background of work, statement of the problem, purpose of study, aims and objectives, scope, Limitations, assumption and definitions of terms.
The reviews of related literature was in chapter two, chapter three comprises of the description of the existing system and analysis, fact finding and method used organization structure, information flow diagram and problem of the existing system. Input and output analysis and justification of the new system.
The design of the new system, output/input specification and design, file design, procedure chart, system flow chart and system requirement were discussed in chapter four.
Chapter five discussed about how the new design will be implemented. The program design, program flow chart, pseudo code, source program and the test run of the new system.
Chapter six discussed about the documentation of the new system.
Chapter seven deals with the recommendation and conclusion of the new system and references.

This project is all about the design and implementation of an online administration system for a multi branch organization of which for this system to work the computers have to be connected in a network. This project is meant or designs to accomplish some task like giving every staff in an organization to the system to perform one or more actions. Network management and system administration are critical for a complex system of interconnected computers and resources to remain operating. A network manger is the person or team of people responsible for configuring the network so that it runs efficient. For example the network manager might need to connect computer that communicates frequently to reduce interference with other computers. The system administrator is the person or team of people responsible for configuring the computer and it’s software to use the network. For example, the system administrator may install network software and configure a severs file system so client computers on access shared files.
