1.0    CHAPTER ONE

INTRODUCTION

Solar Map Science Data Analysis (SMSDA) is a program use in the collection, processing and storing of Solar data and information for effective management. The Solar station collects the local temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, and atmospheric pressure every minute.  The collected data are stored in a database to track historical Solar patterns. The Solar data are processed immediately and visualized on the computer monitor in the Annex during chemical pouring activities..

It is shown that the Solar Data Analysis system can be an effective tool to track major changes to local Solar patterns and predict potential environmental impacts of vapors released during chemical pouring on surrounding areas. Moreover, the local meteorological data collected can be used to conduct the next stage of the research project which is to predict downwind concentrations of vapors using an air pollution dispersion model.

The Solar is a set of all the phenomena occurring in a given atmosphere at a given time. Solar phenomena lie in the hydrosphere and troposphere. Solar refers to current activity, as opposed to the term climate, which refers to the average atmospheric conditions over longer periods of time. When used without qualification, “Solar” is understood to be the Solar of Earth.

Solar occurs due to density (temperature and moisture) differences between one place to another. These differences can occur due to the sun angle at any particular spot, which varies by latitude from the tropics. The strong temperature contrast between polar and tropical air gives rise to the jet stream. Solar systems in the mid-latitudes, such as extratropical cyclones, are caused by instabilities of the jet stream flow. Because the Earth’s axis is tilted relative to its orbital plane, sunlight is incident at different angles at different times of the year. On Earth’s surface, temperatures usually range +/-40 C (-40 F to 104 F) annually. Over thousands to hundreds of thousands of years, changes in Earth’s orbit affect the amount and distribution of solar energy received by the Earth and influence long-term climate.

Surface temperature differences in turn cause pressure differences. Higher altitudes are cooler than lower altitudes due to differences in compressional heating. Solar forecasting is the application of science and technology to predict the state of the atmosphere for a future time and a given location. The atmosphere is a chaotic system, so small changes to one part of the system can grow to have large effects on the system as a whole. Human attempts to control the Solar have occurred throughout human history, and there is evidence that human activity such as agriculture and industry has inadvertently modified Solar patterns

Interest in the study of SMSDA has increased in recent years. One goal in the study of SMSDA is to identify ways to introduce new tool support without inadvertently increasing the complexity of an Solar Data Analysis challenge. The study of SMSDA means understanding better how people manage information across tools and over time. It is not enough simply to study, for example, e-mail use in isolation. A related point is that the value of a new tool must be assessed over time and in a broader context of a person’s various SMSDA activities.

An Solar Data Analysis System (SMSDA) is a type of application software that functions as a personal organizer. As an information management tool, a SMSDA’s purpose is to facilitate the recording, tracking, and management of certain types of information. We offer a number of core services that can automatically be expected as part of our annual management fee but as a rule of thumb, all our services are bespoke to suit your requirements.

Computer programmers have gone ahead to write a program to assist in the storage of information in a Solar Data Analysis office in the state.

1.2 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

The main problem of this study was to examine and evaluate the physical, environmental and atmospheric condition effect of Solar on the land, property, activities and lives of people in  state and recommend solution to the problems identified, because there has been series of criticism against the manner used by Solar forecast in the state
