ABSTRACT
This study aimed at examining the effect of information and communication technology in Banking (A Study of Union Bank Plc, Ikot Ekpene Branch). The central objectives of the study was set thus: to know how information and communication technology has improved efficiency in the Union bank plc, The research used quota sampling method to select the respondents which 25 respondents was the sampling size for this study. The research shows that information and communication technology has effect in banking in aiding productivity and enhancing efficiency in banking operations.
