1.0   BACKGROUND TO THE STUDY

1.1   INTRODUCTION

Communication is the science of structure and development of language in the society. Some special problem in the society attributed to the existing problem involves clear unambiguous communication. It is the brief that some writers have attributed ways between natris to problem or cultural misunderstanding and could be alleviated through   international political communication. It torches every sphere of human activity communication manifest it in symbolized verbal form.           Communication as an essential tools for effective management in a public sector organization. It is therefore a menagerie responsibility since no organization such a public sector can function, exist or survive without adequate and effective communication. It effectiveness helps to create mutual understanding among individual and groups in an organization.

1.2   STATEMENTS OF THE PROBLEM

          I will have been interested in going further in this study then this, but inability to go further to due to some factor i.e. General Limited (time constraint) ethical limitation and human complexity problem encountered the problems of collection accurate data in a fermentation case study (Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company of Nigeria, Ilorin).

1.3 RESEARCH QUESTIONS

In the effort of carrying out this research, the following questions were formulated.

  1. is there a relationship between effective communication and employee performance in Ibadan Electricity distribution company Babako Olorin branch Kwara State.
  2. How effective has the communication techniques enhanced employee performance in Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Babako Ilorin Branch Kwara State.
  3. To what extent has communication gap affected administration structure procedure in Ibadan electricity Distribution company Babako Ilorin branch.  

1.3   PURPOSE OF THE STUDY 

To find out history of power holding company of Nigeria is the due district.

To find out the network of communication system in Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company

To our problem inherent in the communication system in Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company.

To recommend ways of solving the identified problems.
