THE INFLUENCE OF SHIFT WORK AND OCCUPATIONAL STRESS ON JOB SATISFACTION AMONG POLICE, A RESEARCH PROJECT TOPIC ON MASS COMMUNICATION
ABSTRACT
The study investigated the influence of work and occupational stress on employee‟s job satisfaction. Two hundred and fifty (250) participants were used for the study. Two hypotheses involving shift and non-shift work, high and low occupational stress were tested.
