Pelatihan English Job Interview Bagi Komunitas Jember Banget Menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Video Tutorial1

In this industry era, the chance of getting job is very competitif. Therefore many companies recruit only the higest quality human resources. Their requirement of accepting new employee has a tendency to international standard whereas the employee should have the high quality and competency in their field. So, English language skill is included their priority requirement to have selected human resources. English job interview is the tool to test the English language skill of the job seeker. Unfortunately the skill about Job interview is not thought both in formal or informal school even in any education institution. However today English job interview must be faced for every job seeker especialy in most big or foreign companies. JemberBanget community is the youth comuunity that has almost 47 thousand member. Most of them are in productive age and they are Jember native. JemberBanget is in Talangsari village, Kaliwatesdistric. Their activities are catering, clothing, event organization, etc. However most of them are graduate students who are in seeking a job. So, they need English knowledge and skill to have an English job interview of getting a job that they did not get in their school or even collage. The objective of this Program PengabdianMasyarakat is a training of English job interview for some JemberBanget community member s who ha ve been selected and this training is supported by teaching media in the form of video tutorial of job interview. This video consist tutorial of English Job Interview preparation, tips and tricks facing English Job Interview, and the live simulation of English Job Interview process. Therefore this training has many advantages of their need and it would be the effective one for their daily activities. This training also give the main material of the job interview questions that often use and how to answer it. The method used in this project are review of literature, survey, finishing of video tutorial, training process and giving media, evaluation and follow up. The outcome of this project are the skillfull trainee of Englilsh job interview and tutorial video as teaching media which support it. By this training, it is hoped they will have point of view, knowledge, and enough skill in facing job interview in English language.
