ABSTRACT
This study examined the Impact of Management Training on Employee Productivity using Siba Group of Companies as a case study. To accomplish the research objectives, the study adopted the Survey Research Design, while the convenience sampling technique was used to select fifty (50) as sample size and the respondents of the study. Instrument of the study was self-developed; questionnaire and the forms were personally administered. The findings revealed that, the impacts of Apprenticeship, Job Rotation, Vestibule Training, Staff Meeting and Role Playing on increase employee output/quantity produced in a specific period of time are Very High. This paper has provided useful recommendations such as: Adequate skill and training analyses should be critically evaluated before training proper is executed in order not to forestall the intended objective, organization should consult professionals or experts to train and develop its management, organization should draw up a training calendar and timetable that should be effectively adhered to in the organization, management training should be organized on regular basis in organizations. It is believed that if these recommendations are implemented, management training will contribute positively to employee productivity in organizations.Â
