ABSTRACT

This study on the Implications of Nietche’s system, shows that the problems of Nigerian Judicial System has become one that needs to be addressed philosophically. The manner of appointments of Judges and Magistrates as well as the absence of financial autonomy in the true sense of it have raise the recurring question as to whether the independence of the Judiciary is a myth or reality, and whether the constitutional provisions which guarantee the independence of the judiciary is no more than a slogan in Nigeria. This research articulated that the …..Nictzche’s moral philosophy provides some of the  answers associated with the problem and questions of Nigerian judicial system there is a need for constraint training and restraining of executive arm of the government officials to inculcate in ……..  the mind set of integrity, accountability, and impartiality in the light of Nietzche’s will to power and master morality. Hence, this research employed the methods of rational speculation, critical analysis evaluation an prescriptions of Nietzche’s the conclusion that the implications of Nietzche’s Ethical Theory on Nigerian Judicial System serves as an important tools in cubing some problems of Nigerian  judicial system.
