Thomson, Andrew David, 1930-2002 : Papers relating to women in science in New Zealand

Comprises essays written by Thomson on New Zealand women scientists who worked in various fields including botany, biology, engineering, agriculture, horticulture, plant science, forestry, medicine, microbiology, the environment, entomology, physics, dentistry, zoology, periodontology, chemistry, plant pathology, scientific journalism, food technology, home science, clothing research, Antarctic research, molecular biology, marine biology, mycology, limnology and palaeontology Source of title – Supplied Arrangement: The scientists have been placed in their subject speciality with general essays covering each topic and mentioning many other scientists about whom essays were not written but which have brief biographical details.
