ABSTRACT
This research study is focused on design and implementation of online job portals for companies using Dreal Solution Temple as study. The objectives are to create a system that job applicants’ and recruiters can communicate with each other, to design a system that job seekers can register themselves at the job portals or website that are suitable for them and to develop online job portal System to be used by agencies or organizations to improve the efficiency of business. The system provides jobs catalogue and information to members and helps them decide on the jobs to apply. The significant of the study is to helps in maintaining job seeker and employer records, maintain uploaded resumes, provide customized job postings and maintain job posting details and generate various reports. The research methodology used is systematic methodology and the programming language used for the development of the system is Visual Basic.NET, and MS Access as database.
