ABSTRACT

This research project aims to explore the effectiveness of the collegiality teaching strategy as a means of promoting lecturers’ delivery performance for quality assurance in higher education. The study seeks to examine the concept of collegiality in teaching, assess the impact of the strategy on lecturers’ performance, identify the factors influencing the implementation of collegiality, and propose recommendations for enhancing its adoption for quality assurance purposes.

A qualitative research approach will be employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research objectives include exploring the concept of collegiality teaching, assessing the impact on lecturers’ delivery performance, identifying factors influencing the implementation of collegiality, and proposing recommendations for enhancing its adoption.

The findings of this research project will contribute to the existing body of knowledge by providing insights into the effectiveness of the collegiality teaching strategy in promoting lecturers’ delivery performance for quality assurance.
