ABSTRACT
This study was on “Effects of manpower Training and development programmes on workers’ productivity”. Seven-up bottling Company was chosen as a study. A survey research method was considered appropriate for the study using random sampling procedure for the collection of sample size from the population. The sample size of hundred (100) was used to obtain the information needed. This number was representing the total population of five hundred (500) derived from the seven-up company. The study makes use of questionnaire as instrument for data collection. Simple percentage and respondents distribution table was also used in the presentation of data analysis, it is believed that at the end of the study, using all the necessary procedure, the problems of training and development in seven-up bottling company would be solved and its attainment benefit would be realized.
