a Chief Laboratory Scientist at the University of Dar es Salaam. He holds a Ph.D in Zoology on the ecology of Amphibians and a Full Technological Certificate from the Institute of Science and Technology. He has a long field experience and conducts field surveys on Amphibians, Reptiles, Birds and Small Mammals in Tanzania. Edoardo Razzetti graduated in Biological Sciences at the University of Pavia (Italy) in 1993. He devotes most of his time to the study of herpetology, including distribution, habitat preferences and taxonomy. He has published over 25 scientific papers and is presently working on several zoology research and conservation projects with Istituto Oikos, the University of Insubria and the University of Pavia.
