In this present day’s basic essential of life are not obtained as gi rather that is purchased by those who demand for them. This is why they always say there is no food for lazy man; an idle man is this work will be unemployed person. An unemployed person can be educated and uneducated. In this Nigerian context like others developing countries, apart from the general belief among economic planers educationist and policy maker. This can be accelerated by spending more on education. Educational programmes if properly conceived and planned, should be instrumental to the full development of the individual citizen.
