Our HR plan tends to focus on a holistic and all-encompassing strategy that aims to inculcate a policy of HR structure of best-practices. This will range across future HR services requirements, managing IR policies and processes, managing separation/termination, managing remuneration and employee benefit, managing HR management information systems, recruiting, selecting and inducting staff, managing people performance, and ensuring a safe workplace. The strategy to ensure monitoring and evaluation will be based on reviews and reports from the data obtained from performance metrics and indicators. To forestall negative contingencies, the business will carry out installation of CCTV camera for real-time and security issues; daily / weekly/ monthly reconciliations; auditing of accounts and relevant books by independent Auditors; and random checks of books and stock –taking of goods.
To ensure that the evaluation process is carried out, the business will develop a robust policy on compensation and performance management for the employee and the entire workforce; key performance indicators (KPIs) will be developed for each staff with a target at their job descriptions and the expected outcome. The reviews, feedback systems and reports will provide information that will guide informed decision by the management in the pursuit if the organizational objectives and goals.
