We see that for many woman giving relative stability ion their marriage and work and in spite of the anticipate difficulties. The choice career eventually become fear.
On the other hand Emerita (2005) noted that twenty years ago, it would have seemed strange to give talk on maternal employed and not focus on it as a social problem, but there ia little in these data to suggest it is the mother employed status does have effect on children academic achievement and families but few of these effect are negative ones. Indeed, most seems positive the higher academic out come for children, benefit in their behavioral conduct and social adjustment and the higher sense of competence and effectiveness in daughter. On the whole, these research result that most families accommodate to the mothers employment and in doing so provide a family environment that works well. In two-parent families the father take on large share if the house hold flask and child care and this seem to have benefit for the children. In the working class, employed mothers indicate a higher level of well-being than full home makers.
