ABSTRACT

This research project aims to investigate the impact of emerging technologies on the sustainability of business education delivery in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study seeks to explore the adoption and utilization of technology-enabled teaching and learning methods, assess the effectiveness of these approaches in maintaining the quality of business education, and examine the implications for sustainability and resilience in the face of future disruptions.

A mixed-methods research design will be employed, incorporating surveys, interviews, and case studies. The research objectives include identifying the emerging technologies utilized in business education delivery during the pandemic, evaluating the effectiveness of these technologies in maintaining educational quality, investigating the challenges and opportunities associated with their adoption, and proposing strategies for sustainable and resilient business education delivery in the future.
