The author to enter strengthen theory, through vocabulary test, before writing test, post-test and other means, to explore the use of the actual input to strengthen the effectiveness of the strategies and techniques of the Joint Education Project students’ English academic writing skills development. Studies have shown that: the use of inputs to strengthen the policy language input materials and the use of classroom technology significantly help to improve the quality of processed information entered the classroom and increase input to enhance students ‘sense of language, thus improving the overall level of students’ writing.
