ABSTRACT

This research project aims to investigate the implementation of digital employability skills required by future secretaries for optimum productivity in business organizations. The digital revolution has transformed the workplace, necessitating professionals to possess a range of digital skills to thrive in their roles. This study seeks to assess the implementation of digital employability skills among future secretaries and their impact on productivity in business organizations. Additionally, the research aims to identify the specific digital skills needed, explore the challenges faced in their implementation, and propose recommendations for enhancing the integration of digital skills in secretary training programs.

A mixed-methods research design will be employed, utilizing surveys, interviews, and case studies to collect data from future secretaries, employers, and industry experts. The research objectives include assessing the level of implementation of digital employability skills, identifying the specific skills required, exploring the challenges faced in implementation, and proposing recommendations for enhancing the integration of digital skills.
